Legacy Summer

At Legacy, we believe summer should be as enriching as it is fun. That’s why at Legacy Summer, students explore, play and grow all summer long.

Our hands-on, engaging activities allow for extended school year learning in a fun, activity-based environment. All registered students are served breakfast, lunch and snacks as part of the program. Students will also receive a Legacy Summer cinch bag and water bottle.

Weekly Schedule

Week 1 – May 26-29

Olympic Sports
Go for gold! Students will learn about the history of the Olympics, sportsmanship, and fitness while participating in a variety of games and relay races.

Week 2 – June 1-5

National Parks & Nature
By discovering nature, you discover yourself! Students will have the opportunity to learn about five of our National parks. They will participate in nature-themed crafts, activities, and games.

Week 3 – June 8-12

STEM Week
Time to experiment! Students will have a blast creating, building and completing science projects during this fun-filled week.

Week 4 – June 15-19

Animals
It’s a wild life! Students are learning all about the wild world of animals from the ocean to the Arctic including reptiles, birds, and insects.

Week 5 – June 22-26

Messy Science
Let’s get messy! Students will have fun with messy, hands-on science experiments. Activities include creating slime, building a catapult, and other messy experiments.

Week 6 – June 29-July 3

Superhero
Up, up, and away! Get ready for a fun superhero filled week. Students will create their own comics and participate in other superhero-themed games and activities.

Week 7– July 6-10

Western
It’s all about the Wild West. Students will learn about Arizona and Nevada history while completing crafts and fitness activities including square dancing.

Week 8 – July 13-17

Space
To infinity and beyond! Students will explore our solar system by learning more about the planets, space exploration, the sun, stars, and the moon.

Week 9 – July 20-24

Music & Movement
Let’s get moving! Students will have the opportunity to express their creativity through music and movement while nurturing students’ innate musicality.

Week 10 – July 27-31

Circus
Under the big top! Bring the awe and wonder of the circus to life as students learn about circus acts and performers, all while participating in circus themed activities.


Registration & Fees
  • Registration deadlines are at 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday before the week of service.
  • Requests made after the deadline will not be approved (no exceptions).
  • All contracts are on a weekly basis.
  • Weekly rates will not be discounted for part-time attendance, or if a child brings their own lunch. For example, if a child only attends three days of the week, they still pay for the entire week.
  • 100% of fees are due before service. Payment plans are not available.
Additional Details
  • All registered students will receive a Legacy Summer cinch bag and water bottle.
  • Drop-in days are not available during Legacy Summer Camp.
  • Registration is done through the Eleyo system.

 

Refund Policy
  • The weekly registration deadline is always 11:59 p.m. on the Tuesday before the upcoming week of attendance.
  • Once the registration deadline ends schedules cannot be changed or canceled. Tuition payment is still required.
  • Selections may not be transferred to another date or student, and unused days, days not attended due to illness or any other reason will not be refunded or credited.
